In an effort to support on-going protests and organizations combating racial injustice, members of the Harvard Arts community are hosting a variety show tomorrow, Saturday May 30th, at 6pm EST via this zoom link to raise funds for:

• Black Visions Collective (develops Minnesota’s emerging Black leadership to lead powerful campaigns. Their work centers around transformative justice principles.)
• Reclaim the Block (advocates for moving money from the police department into other areas of the city’s budget that promote community health and safety.)
• North Star Health Collective (provide training, resources, and street medic support to community organizing; expand access to mental and physical health care in Minnesota) 
• Louisville Bail Fund (bail out folks, provide post-release support, focus on preventative measures for those targeted by law enforcement and threatened with incarceration)

If you’d like to perform in the show, sign up here by 11:30pm EST tonight! It’s a quick turnaround, as we’re trying to raise money as quickly as possible. We may have to cap the number of performers depending on the amount of interest, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone.

We’ll also be looking into other platforms for artistic expression in response to recent events, so if you are unable to perform, we’ll be in contact regarding other ways to share your art.
